1. Students studying in class 8th & 9th from any school of Madhya Pradesh are eligible for filling the application form.

2. Students must have secured 75% and above marks in the previous examinations i.e. year 2024-25.

3. Selection will be done as per MP Govt rules. Meritorious students will be selected region wise, board wise and category wise.

4. Applications along with marksheet of previous year (2024-25), certificate of Below Poverty Line (BPL), certificate of SC/ST/OBC, certificate of Specially Abled Person with 40% or more of disability (whichever applicable), Adhar card, duly verified must be uploaded.

5. The application form along with Mark sheet of previous year and other documents which ever applicable must be verified by the Principal of school will only be considered.

6. Wherever results are given in grades, it must be converted into percentage.

7. Selected Vigyan Manthan Yatra Scholarship students of previous years need not apply.

8. The selection or rejection will be based on the information furnished in the application form hence any omission or false information in the application will lead to disqualification of the candidate at any stage and will be sole responsibility of the candidate.

9. Completed application form after downloading from website and printing of downloaded application form along with requisites certificates duly signed must be kept with students for future instructions.

10. After applying please check that the printout contains unique code or else re-apply till you get the unique code.

11. The last date for filing application online is 27 July 2025.

12. Any recommendation, canvassing or solicitation will be treated as disqualification.
