11. प्रत्येक दस्तावेज़ का वर्तमान शैक्षणिक संस्थान के प्राचार्य द्वारा विधिवत सत्यापित और अग्रेषित होना अनिवार्य है।
12. छात्रवृत्ति या यात्रा के लिए उम्मीदवारों का चयन पूरी तरह से शैक्षणिक योग्यता और राज्य के आरक्षण नियमों पर आधारित है।
13. अगर वेबसाइट पर कोई तारीख बिना किसी खास समय के बताई गई है, तो उस तारीख को उस तारीख को संबंधित अथॉरिटी या ऑर्गनाइज़ेशन के ऑफिशियल वर्किंग आवर्स के तौर पर माना जाएगा।
14. ऑफिशियल वर्किंग आवर्स का मतलब है, संबंधित सरकारी डिपार्टमेंट, संस्था या सक्षम अथॉरिटी द्वारा फॉलो किए जाने वाले स्टैंडर्ड वर्किंग आवर्स, जो मौजूदा नियमों, रेगुलेशन और एडमिनिस्ट्रेटिव प्रैक्टिस के तहत लागू होते हैं।
15. MPCST के पास सत्यापन प्रक्रिया के किसी भी चरण में छात्र के चयन को रद्द करने या संशोधित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।
16. छात्रवृत्ति राशि का वितरण अंतिम प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति और सरकारी अनुदान की उपलब्धता के अधीन है।
